(oral) This Court had passed the following order on 4.11.2015 :- "The only prayer made by the petitioners is that the application for stay filed by them, along with revision petition, before the Financial Commissioner (respondent No.1) has not been decided by him so far and is adjourned to 16.3.2016. The petitioners are apprehending that since the matter has been remanded back to the AC 1st Grade, in the absence of any stay order, he would proceed with the partition proceedings and ultimately, the revision petition filed by them would become infructuous. They thus prayed that respondents may be directed to take up his application for stay as early as possible and decide the same in one way or the other.

However, keeping in view the innocuous prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the Financial Commissioner (respondent No.1) who is seized of the revision petition filed by the petitioners along with stay application, to decide the stay application on 2.12.2015, positively.
With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the parties under the signatures of the Bench Secretary for compliance.
