**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J This is a complaint dated 11.7.2019 moved by Kashmir Kaur. Notice of motion was issued on 22.7.2019.

Reply by way of affidavit of Gurinderpal Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Major Crime, Amritsar Rural has been filed which is taken on record. As per the reply, FIR No. 115 dated 7.7.2019 under Sections 411, 414, 489-A, B, C IPC, 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, 21, 22, 29 of NDPS Act, 14-F Act, 3 of I.P. Act and 3, 4, 5 and 9 of Official Secret Act has been registered at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar-Rural in which son of the petitioner namely Iqbal Singh has been nominated as accused and in that connection, the police party had conducted raid at the house of the petitioner. Keeping in view the above, no directions are required to be given. The petition stands disposed of.
