On the last date of hearing, a copy of the petition was handedover to State counsel to enable him to assist the court. He today submits that investigation has been completed and final report under sections 498-A, 304B & 34 IPC has been filed against two accused. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage.
