Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to update the petitioner's name and data on the portal of fourth respondent/Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has worked as an out-sourced Ward Attendant in the third respondent/Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewawti Government Medical College, from 09.02.2016 to 31.03.2022, as apparent from experience certificates, Annexure P-3 and P-4, respectively. In terms of Government Instructions issued vide Memo, dated 22.11.2021, Annexure P-5, the Medical College is required to upload the data of all the out-sourced employees working as on 30.09.2021 on the Nigam's portal, which has not been done for no reason. 3.

Learned State counsel, as per instructions, is not in a position to dispute the certificates, Annexure P-3 and P-4, establishing that the AVIN KUMAR 2024.08.02 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.15876 of 2024 [2] petitioner has worked in the College as an out-sourced employee from 09.02.2016 to 31.03.2022.

In view thereof, since the petitioner was working in the Medical College on the relevant date, i.e., 30.09.2021, and his data was required to be uploaded by the College authorities on the Nigam's portal, it is directed that Director of the College shall upload the petitioner's data on the Nigam's web portal within two weeks of receiving a certified copy of this order. Thereupon, the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigam shall take appropriate action, as required, for the petitioner's deployment, subject to his fulfilling the qualification.
