Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has not made any application or representation for his premature release to the competent authority.

A perusal of the petition does not indicate that any representation has been made by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an application for his premature release to respondent No.3, who would consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from its receipt.
