(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 20.01.2023 and 26.07.2023 (Annexures P-4 and P-6 respectively).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
