**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that they were appointed on the post of teacher in different subjects by the respondents-department. Later on they were promoted to the post of Elementary School Head Master in the year 2013 but junior to the petitioners Hazarilal Khetawala was promoted on the post of Elementary School Head Master on 07.12.1993 Annexure P-1. In this regard, the petitioners have submitted the legal notice dated 08.05.2018 (Annexure P-10), with regard to stepping up the pay as given to the junior Hazarilal Khetawala, in view of instructions dated 18.12.2013.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to look in to the legal notice dated 08.05.2018 (Annexure P-10) of the petitioners and decide the same in Gaurav Arora 2018.07.25 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
