(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the respondents are not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion from the post of Patwari to the post of Kanungo (Field) against 3 % quota meant for physically handicapped in accordance with Government instructions issued from time to time and the judgment dated 18.03.2010 passed by Division Bench of this Court in a case of Viklang Sang Haryana v. State of Haryana and others (P-6) followed in CWP No. 924-2014, decided on 27.05.2016 titled as Deva Nand v. State of Haryana and others (P-7) In this regard, the petitioner has submitted the legal notice dated 24.03.2018 (Annexure P-19), which is still pending. Further the petitioner has placed on record RTI information (P18), according to which 4 posts of Field Kanungo are lying vacant In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage Gaurav Arora 2018.07.25 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

State of Haryana and others (P-6) followed in CWP No. 924-2014, decided on 27.05.2016 titled as Deva Nand v. State of Haryana and others (P-7).
