MAIN CASE Challenge in the present petition is to the order No.137 dated 12.05.2015 passed by respondent No.3 pursuant to the order of this Court passed in CWP-4879 of 2015.

Last opportunity was granted to the parties to advance arguments. There is, however, no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It is also noticed that since 15.03.2023, the matter is being adjourned either on account of absence on behalf of the petitioner or on the requests made by him. Even today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
