On 11.07.2025 the following order was passed : "As per the office report notice could not be issued to the respondent due to non-filing of process fee.

On filing of process fee within two weeks from today, let fresh notice be issued to the respondent returnable 27.11.2025.

Dasti as well. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve the respondent through the counsel representing him before the Appellate Authority concerned.

It is made clear that pendency of the present revision petition shall not be an impediment in continuation of the proceedings before the Court concerned. Let a copy of this order be conveyed to the Court concerned."

Till date the process fee has not been filed hence notice could be issued to the respondent. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
