(ORAL) The prayer in this petition is for quashing of the FIR No.101 (Annexue P-1) dated 30.04.2016 under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, District Commissionerate Jalandhar, on the basis of compromise dated 16.05.2019 (Annexure P-2) and all consequential proceedings flowing from and thereon.
Learned State counsel has placed a copy of judgment dated 04.11.2022 passed in FIR No.101 dated 30.04.2016 under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and 24 of Immigration Act, registered under Police Station Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, whereby it has been ordered that the petitioner Sushil Kumar @ Bittu has been acquitted by the learned Court below, therefore the present petition has become rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of.
