       This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent9authorities are violating the order dated 21.06.2021 (Annexure P91) passed by the Appellate Authority under the provisions of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent9Board submits that the Appellate Authority is functional and is dealing with the matter. In such circumstances, the appropriate remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Appellate Authority before whom its appeal is pending for adjudication and which has passed the impugned order dated 21.06.2021. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority with regard to its grievances.
