The limited prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) - to decide the representation dated 12.07.2023 (Annexure P-2) wherein a prayer for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 and 5 has been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has been residing separately since the last 2-3 years and now respondent Nos.4 and 5 are threatening the petitioner. It has further been contended that in this regard the petitioner has given a representation dated 12.07.2023 to the authorities, however no action has been taken till date. 3.

Notice of motion. Mr. Adhiraj Singh Thind, AAG Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. 4.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) - to decide the JITENDER KUMAR 2023.07.19 11:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
