This is an application for placing on record the indemnity bond as well as the calculation sheet and the cancelled cheque to show that the matter had been compromised.

Learned senior counsel for the applicant-respondents has submitted that either the appellant should respect the terms of the bond dated 01.07.2024 or return the benefit under the bond and then should be permitted to pursue the present case.

Learned counsel for the appellant on the said aspect being put to him has submitted that in view of the averments made in the bond dated 01.07.2024, he seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 4.
