Considering the provisions of the Rule where first appeal, second appeal and third appeal are provided, against any orders of which the anganwari worker may be aggrieved of, the petitioner is left free to take up remedy before the concerned department by preferring the appeals as provided in their Rules.

If such an appeal is preferred, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month.
