After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the statement made by learned State counsel that the matter is still at investigation stage, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage with liberty to raise all the arguments at the appropriate stage. He further seeks liberty to move an application to the appropriate authority for conducting of the inquiry by some higher police officer as directed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge vide judgment and order dated 18.01.2017.
