Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.57 dated 16.02.2024, under Section 20(b)(ii)C of NDPS Act at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks parity of the bail order dated 05.05.2026 passed by this Court in CRM-M-16372-2026 (Annexure P-8). In the said petition, prayer for bail of the petitioner-Narender@ Chotu was accepted after noticing his incarceration period since 16.02.2024. In the present case, the petitioner is inside jail only for a period of 06 months and 04 days. Earlier plea of bail was accepted by the Court of Sessions, however, this Court had set aside that order vide order dated 19.05.2025 passed in CRM-M-724-2025(Annexure P-5). 3.

In view of the above, no ground for bail is made out at this stage. 4.

Dismissed at this stage.
