Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the impugned order dated 13.03.2023 (P-28), passed by respondent No.2, whereby, penal proceedings initiated against respondent No.4, were dropped. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move fresh application under the Right to Information Act, 2005. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
