The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of certiorari to set aside/cancel the election of ward No. 7 of Municipal Council, Sohna. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file the election petition laying challenge to the election of respondent No. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
