Main case At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as prayer in respect of recovery of passport of respondent No.4 is concerned, petitioner would make necessary application before the concerned Court who has granted anticipatory bail to respondent No.4. CWP No. 19078 of 2021 (O&M) -2In the context of transfer of respondent No.4 from District Jalandhar, petitioner has already filed representation dated 17.08.2021 before the Commissioner of Police, District Jalandhar with a copy to Director General of Police, Punjab, but no action has been taken till date. The aforesaid representation was sent through registered post.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. T.P.S. Chawla, D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab. Without meaning anything on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of thereby obligating respondents No.2 and 3 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law without being influenced by any pleadings made in the present petition.
