IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH CWP No. 17961 of 2022 DATE OF DECISION :- August 17, 2022 Seema

...Petitioner

Versus

State of Haryana and others

...Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Chanderhas Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana.

*** The grouse of petitioner Seema is that despite being declared selected by Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula-respondent No. 2 for the post of Employability Skill Instructor and her name forwarded to the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana, Panchkula-respondent No. 3, by taking a false plea that petitioner did not complete her studies of BBA and MBA in a regular manner, has not permitted her to join the duty, however, no order was passed in that regard. The petitioner had submitted a representation but that did not evoke any response, as such she has filed the present writ petition. I find that it would be proper and appropriate if respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the representation in a time bound manner. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.

3 to consider the representation dated 3.8.2022 (Annexure P-13) of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done PARVINDER SINGH 2022.08.

CWP No. 17961 of 2022 in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then she may seek legal remedy in accordance with law. (H.S.
