Dated Police Station Sections 26.02.2024 Jamalpur, Ludhiana-Police 379/34 IPC (Later on added Commissionerate Section 411 IPC) The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Perusal of the file shows that at para 10 of the petition, petitioner declares that he has no criminal history, however, as per State counsel, except the present case, one more case is pending against the petitioner, which is also mentioned in the reply dated 22.07.2024. 3.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh by declaring the criminal history. 4.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh by mentioning all criminal cases pending anywhere in India. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
