Petitioners in this writ petition are aggrieved of being forced to participate in the General Transfer Drive Policy of TGT (Science) vide list dated 20.10.2016. Directions have been sought to the respondents to not effect their transfers, as per the said list.
Learned counsel for the State, while referring to the short reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3, submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as it has been decided that TGT teachers who were promoted prior to 31.03.2016 and transferred/adjusted shall not have to mandatorily participate in the transfer drive and as petitioners were promoted and adjusted prior thereto, their grievance stands redressed. rit petition is disposed of as infructuous.
