(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that she was appointed on the post of Anganwadi helper in the respondentdepartment and her case for promotion to the post of Anganwadi Worker was recommended by respondent No. 4, as the petitioner was having more than 10 years of satisfactory service and is also matric pass, in compliance of instructions dated 12.06.2008 but till date no action has been taken in this regard. A legal notice dated 28.11.2011 was served by the petitioner thereafter but no action has been taken on it as well. Thereafter, petitioner sought information under R.T.I Act and she came to know that her case was not considered as respondent No. 3 raised objection vide letter dated 02.09.2011 to the effect that the GAURAV ARORA 2016.02.29 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 23628 of 2015 -2case is incomplete as the appointment letter has not been attached. Petitioner again served legal notice dated 14.10.2014 (P-9) to consider her case, in view of instructions dated 12.06.2008 but till date the legal notice has not been decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 14.10.2014 (P-9) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order expeditiously , in accordance with law.
