 With the consent of learned counsel for the respondent'State of Punjab, the matter is being taken up and heard via video conference. The issue raised was taken up by this Court suo'motu on a complaint received. Learned Senior Deputy Advocate General appearing for the respondent'State of Punjab submits that the issue regarding encroachment etc. in respect of Kothi Nos. 100 to 610, B'Block, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar shall be examined by the respondent'authorities and necessary steps in accordance with law be taken by them expeditiously. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
