Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the orders whereby the petitioner was denied benefit of past service rendered in Govt. Aided College for the purpose of pay protection, to which in the written statement the resistance offered to the petition being hopelessly time barred as the petitioner had though joined the department on 14.08.1984 but raised the claim after 23 years on 22.06.2009.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, reserving the liberty to the petitioner to get it revived, in case need arises.
