*** Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ of habeas corpus for the release of detanues, details of whom have been given in paragraph 6 of the petition, who are working in the brick kiln of respondents No.5 and 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction be given to respondent No.3/District Magistrate, Ambala to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the present petition and to pass an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4 only. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. A.G. Haryana,, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana. CRWP-8857 of 2020 -2looking into the grievance of the petitioner by respondent No.3/District Magistrate, Ambala by treating the present petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and deciding the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the same. Without making any observation on the merits of the case, a direction is issued to respondent No.3-District Magistrate, Ambala to take appropriate decision on the grievance of the petitioner by treating the present petition as representation and to pass an appropriate speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
