***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure P-12) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition and certain more documents are required to be attached in support of the pleadings of the petitioners, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
