(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 22.03.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari, Camp Court at Kosli in an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. bearing No. MNT/117/2020, instituted on 13.07.2020 titled as 'Rimpy Yadav vs. Nishant Yadav', whereby the petitioner/husband herein has been directed to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.12,000/- per month only to the respondent/wife.

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such as the main petition for deciding the final maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed by the learned DIVYANSHI 2024.08.23 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
