(Oral) Counsel submits that in view of the orders passed on 01.09.2017 in CWP No. 17899 of 2017, Rajender Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, the issue no longer survives as appropriate directions have already been issued wherein, it has been noticed that comprehensive transfer policy has now been formulated and a draft of which has been taken on record as Annexure R-1.

Resultantly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
