(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking quashing of letter dated 05.03.2019 (Annexure P-9) whereby his claim for pension was rejected. The petitioner is further seeking setting aside of inquiry report dated 03.03.2014 (Annexure P-1), order of dismissal from service dated 22.07.2014 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 27.11.2014 whereby his appeal has been dismissed and order dated 17.07.2015 (Annexure P-6) whereby reviewing committee has dismissed his review application. From the perusal of record, it comes out that last order qua dismissal from service of the petitioner was passed on 17.07.2015 and present petition has been filed in 2023. Even the order declining prayer of the pension was passed on 05.03.2019.

From the perusal of petition as well as arguments of learned counsel, this Court does not find any plausible reason for entertaining ANJU GOEL 2023.07.25 06:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
