(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kamalpreet Kaur, Police Station City-1, Malerkotla, District Sangrur submits that in consequence of interim order dated 25.07.2019, the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.07.2019 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
