Without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representations, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to look into the said representations and take appropriate action as may be warranted in law.

Needful shall be done expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today.
