Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel as given in CWP-13370-2023, titled as, 'Rahul vs. State of Haryana and Another' wherein it has been stated that firstly the revised merit list of the Common Eligibility Test will be issued and only thereafter, the further process of selection will be made, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one in case any grievance of the petitioner survives whenever the fresh advertisement is issued.
