Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present petition, without issuing the revised final result, the candidates have been called for physical measurement test, which is totally arbitrary. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that though the petitioners had higher merit then certain candidates who have been called for physical measurement test but the petitioners have not been called for physical measurement test and no reason for not calling them have been disclosed so far, which totally unfair.

Learned State counsel submits that as the revised final result is yet to be declared, which according to her instructions, will be declared within a period of next 2-3 weeks, the notice already issued for physical measurement test be treated as withdrawn and a fresh notice for physical measurement test will be issued after the publication of the revised merit list of the common eligibility test.

Learned counsel for the state further undertakes that before issuing the schedule of the conduct of physical measurement test, a week prior to, the reasons will be informed to a candidate for the information and RIYA 2023.07.26 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The said information will be supplied to the candidate concerned 7 days before the conduct of the physical measurement test.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition has been rendered infructuous, at this stage, and may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
