Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.200 dated 01.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(3), 351(3), 61(2), 238 of BNS 2023, at Police Station Maheshnagar, District Ambala. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, faced with the situation that the FIR-complainant/victim is yet to be examined as a prosecution witness, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
