(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing directions to the official respondents to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.40 dated 18.4.2023, under Section 10 of POCSO Act, 2012, and Section 506 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Women, Ballabgarh, Faridabad as well as to conduct narcoanalysis test, polygraphic test of the petitioner alongwith the victim-respondents No.6 and 7. Further prayer is made for issuance of directions to the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to the complaint dated 14.3.2023 (Annexure P-3) pending before the SHO, Police Station BPTP, Sector 75, Faridabad.
