On our asking, Mr.Anil Mehta, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Let three copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.

The petitioner's grievance is against inclusion of House No.14 in Ward No.6 of village Chilli as according to him the said house falls in Ward No.7 of village Rupdraka Malapuri, MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.11.18 12:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

We would not express any opinion on merits for the reason that the occupants of H.No.14 are not partyrespondents before us nor the officials respondents have been heard at this stage. Suffice it would be to observe that after the Gram Panchayat elections were notified and delimitation exercise was undertaken, the petitioner is said to have submitted his representation-cum-objections against inclusion of that house in Ward No.6 of village Chilli. As his objections have not been apparently decided so far, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and decide the petitioner's objections in accordance with law, well before the Gram Panchayat elections are held. However, no order prejudicial to the interest of occupants of House No.14 shall be passed without hearing them.
