**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of the impugned order dated 21st November, 2017 (Annexure P-11), passed by respondent No.1, being totally illegal, arbitrary, ultra vires and without jurisdiction in view of the specific directions having been issued by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No. 3729 of 2016, decided on 24.08.2017 (Annexure P-8) and the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal vide order dated 06.04.2015 (Annexure P-7). A further prayer for issuing direction to respondent No.1 to decide the counter claim of the petitioner afresh, has also been made. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a review under the Statute or to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3.
