Ritu Bahri, J.(Oral) Learned Senior counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 on instructions has informed that the respondents are ready to withdraw the impugned order dated 28.04.2015 (Annexure P-8) and consequent thereof, the order dated 24.08.2015/14.10.2015 (Annexure P-10).

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Orders dated 28.04.2015 and 24.08.2015/14.10.2015 (Annexres P-8 and P-10) are set aside. However a liberty is granted to the respondents to pass fresh order on the inquiry report submitted by H.R.Chaudhary, Retired, Inquiry Officer, within six weeks from today.
