Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P1), passed by the learned Special Judge, Patiala, whereby proceedings were initiated against the petitioner under Section 82 Cr.P.C., though he is a complainant in the matter. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, as a complainant, has no reason not to appear before the learned Court below and he is ready to surrender before it on any date fixed. Learned counsel further contended that the matter is fixed before the learned trial Court today only.

In view of above, present petition, having been filed by the complainant, who is willing and ready to surrender before the learned Court below, stands disposed of with the directions to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Judge on the next date fixed after today and the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take proceedings under Section 350 DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.07.24 14:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
