Vide order dated 30.10.2020, the parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court/Duty Magistrate for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise. A report dated 18.11.2020 of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned CJM, Ludhiana and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. FIR No.174 dated 16.09.2020 under Sections 323,452,427,506,148,149 IPC registered at P.S Sahnewal, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana along with all subsequent MANOJ KUMAR 2021.01.25 18:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
