Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents are ad idem that the parties have since compromised the matter. A settlement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court entered between the parties was signed on 18.05.2024. As per the terms of the settlement, a demand draft ₹10,00,000/- in the name of Richa Aggarwal-respondent No.1 has been handed over today to the counsel for the respondents. The remaining amount would be handed over as agreed to between the parties in the settlement.

Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that respondent No.2, namely, Dipanshu Aggarwal, had an exam on 18.05.2024 and therefore he was not present at the time of settlement. He, however, is present in Court today. Learned counsel for the respondents states that AMAN JAIN 2024.05.28 21:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
CR-3221-2022 (O&M) -2respondent No.2 has no objection to the aforesaid settlement. His statement has been recorded today separately in the Court. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition may be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 18.05.2024. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 18.05.2024 arrived at between the parties, which is marked as Exhibit C-1. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
