Learned State counsel, at the outset, has drawn the attention of this Court to the status report filed by way of affidavit of Sh.Ramandeep Singh Bhullar, PPS Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Kotkapura, District Faridkot on behalf of respondent No.1 to 3 dated 28.11.2021 and submitted that the complaints in question were enquired into, however since no substance was found in the same, they were consigned to the records.

In view of the instructions received and since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, the instant petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
