**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to expedite the Sessions Trial SC No. 810/2021 titled "State of Punjab Versus Nirvail Singh and others" in case FIR No. 117 dated 01.05.2021 under Sections 302, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Lokoke District Amritsar Rural. The limited prayer for which the petitioner has come up before this Court is to expedite the trial on the ground that charges are yet to be framed. Notice served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. Learned State counsel has no serious objection to the prayer. Given above, this Court requests the trial Court to expedite the trial without any unjustified delay.

The present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
