***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4concerned authority in stopping his two annual increments without issuing a show cause notice.
There is nothing on record to indicate that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner for stopping his two annual increments. No clear answer is forthcoming on behalf of the State. Petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction that, in case, no order has been passed whereby decision has been taken to stop the increments of the petitioner, same shall be released to him alongwith arrears at the earliest.
