The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 21.05.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shahbad, District Kurukshetra, whereby the application filed by the petitioners for dropping their names in the complaint filed by the respondent No.1 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been dismissed. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition/appeal with better particulars. Permitted to do so. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
