Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was aspirant for the post of Shift Attendant, applied in pursuance of Advertisement No.3/2016. Through the instant writ petition, he has sought directions to the respondents to consider and permit him to attend the interview/viva-voce. It is submitted by learned counsel that the written test for the post of Shift Attendant in DESM (General) Category was conducted on 29.5.2016, result of which was declared on 30.4.2017 (P.5) and the petitioner was amongst the successful candidates. The scrutiny was to be done from 05.5.2017 to 11.5.2017 and the petitioner appeared on 11.5.2017 and produced the Vocational Certificate dated 29.4.2009 (P.4) in which the trade had not been specified.

Resultantly, he was asked to rectify the same and he got the same rectified on 12.5.2017 (P.7) and the vocation was mentioned as "Electrician". It is further submitted that as per information received by the petitioner in RTI (A.1), the petitioner is shown at Sr.No.45 in the Attendance Sheet for the post of Shift Attendant prepared by the respondents-Haryana Staff Selection Commission and was duly eligible to MANOJ KUMAR 2018.08.

CWP No.19192 of 2017 (O&M) #2# appear in the interview especially when he had cleared the written examination.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the paper book, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner after provisionally interviewing him, in the light of interim order dated 30.8.2017 passed by this Court.
