[ Through Video Conferencing ] **** SURESHWAR THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Through an order made on 24.09.2021, a direction to respondent No. 2 was issued to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioners.

In pursuance thereof, the respondent concerned has made a reply on affidavit detailing, that the petitioners have recorded their statements, and also have disclosed, that they are satisfied with the protection and care provided to them by the police department. Moreover, the parents of the petitioners concerned, also stated in the reply, that they have no objection from the said marriage solemnized inter se their daughter with her husband, as she is a major.

Furthermore, the limited protection as demanded by the petitioners from the respondent concerned, is only for attending the Court proceeding at Rohtak, and when the afore demand has been accepted to be DINESH KUMAR 2021.10.30 14:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document provided at the relevant time by the police department concerned.

C.R.W.P. No. 9217 of 2021 (O&M) -2Consequently, this Court does not deem fit to keep alive the extant petition. Accordingly, it is closed. However, the assurance meted by the respondent concerned, to the petitioners to provide security or protection to them, for attending Court proceedings at Rohtak, be ensured to be complied with, as and when deemed appropriate.
