JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is serving as a Granthi under the employment of SGPC, Amritsar. He has been transferred from Amritsar to Buland Shaher and the limited prayer is for some adjustment within the State of Punjab owing to his hardship detailed in the petition. Upon notice Dr. Puneet Kaur Sekhon, Advocate for SGPC has very graciously assured the Court that his client would have sympathetic relook into the matter.

In response, in view of the stand of SGPC, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
